About Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient healing art based upon the belief that the entire body and its healing systems are mapped in the feet, hands and ears. Reflex points located in the feet, hands and ears correspond to every organ, gland and skeletal structures. The reflexologist applies appropriate pressure to these reflex points to affect blood and lymph circulation, minimize pain and inflammation, restore relaxation, and improve the innate healing properties of the body.
Effects of Reflexology
Effects vary from person to person. You may experience a few to most of these effects.
