Coaching is a professional relationship that helps people break through their limitations to achieve extraordinary results in every area of their lives, including personal goals, weight loss, health, wellness, relationships and career.

Throughout the process of coaching, clients are encouraged to discover ways of enhancing and empowering themselves.

Coaching concentrates on discovering and clarifying goals, along with selecting strategies and solutions to get the client on track, at a pace that is achievable for the client.

The whole idea is to select plans for success, not to set one’s self up for failure.

Elaine Hayoz, CHC Certified Hypnotic-Coach

Elaine is nationally certified through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) and internationally certified through the International Hypnosis Federation (IHF).

She earned her Hypnotic-Coach certification through the Colorado Coaching and Hypnotherapy Training Institute, a school that is approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education.

She has specialty certifications in Past Life Regression and Alchemical Hypnosis.

She belongs to the Denver Coach Federation. Elaine attended Colorado State University and earned a bachelor degree in Speech Communications and a Minor in Psychology.

Kendra Doukas, MS, EMDR

Kendra holds an M.S. degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University (CSU).

She is the founder of Whole Self Healing, LLC and a member of The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Kendra has specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and excels at counseling survivors of abuse and trauma.

In addition, she is skilled at counseling women and families during the prenatal, birth, and postpartum phases. Kendra is committed to treating you as a whole person, bringing healing from the root cause of the issue.
She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and adolescents navigate through a variety of issues by focusing on the bigger picture.

Suzanne McInerney

Suzanne McInerney is a licensed marriage family therapist with over ten years of experience caring for individuals, couples, families and children.

She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University in Riverside, California. Since moving to Colorado six years ago, she has pursued advanced training in the areas of grief counseling, EAP and employment issues, LGBT and adolescents.

For the last three years, Suzanne has also worked as a civilian contractor with the Department of Defense providing services to military personnel and their families at military installations throughout the US and overseas. Suzanne looks forward to continuing to serve the military community.

Suzanne is a clinical member and approved therapist supervisor with the American Association of Marriage Family Therapists.

Alisa Anderson, CMT

Alisa has over 20 years experience.
She has served athletes and VIP clients across the country.
Her degree in nursing, certification as a life coach, as well as being a certified fitness trainer and competitor gives her the diversity and credibility to approach each client with a mind-body-spirit connection.

She has a reputation of high integrity that has gained loyalty and respect amongst her clients. Alisa sets herself apart by designing a service that is unique to each client.
