Six pillars to Cell Health
What is cellular health and the 6 pillars that govern optimum
well-being?
Cells are the fundamental units of life - the bricks from which
all your tissues and organs are made - and are the smallest components
considered to be living organisms in your body. Your cells are constantly
communicating with each other, responding to your environment and
to the signals they receive from what you touch and how you move.
If your cells cannot operate efficiently, the functioning of your
tissues and organs, which are made of your cells, will become
compromised. You can experience a diminishment of physical functioning
and the onset of a host of health conditions and diseases. By keeping
your cells healthy and vibrant, you are keeping yourself healthy
and vibrant.
CORE LIFESTYLE works on six primary pillars of health that
have been targeted due to the massive impact they have on your cellular
health.
THE 6 PILLARS ARE:
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Hydration
- Breath
- Sleep
- Mindset
Each one of these pillars are critical in the formation, longevity,
and health of your cells which ultimately determines your
health.
A thorough evaluation can determine if you are maximizing the
potential in each pillar or if your lifestyle habits or knowledge is
holding you back from becoming the best and healthiest
you can be. Our goal in the correction and optimization of
each pillar is to evaluate, educate and participate in an enjoyable process
with you that creates the lifestyle changes, i.e. habits necessary
for cellular health. The focus here is larger than personal
habits and behaviors; it is about the health and well being of
the most important aspect of you body that determines your health.
Cell health is your health.
